Full, young, fairly powerful, still reserved, vinous, smoky nose. A few touches of ripe peppers.
Spicy, peppery, sweet, full and fresh.
Elegant, balanced, fine palate. Tannins still present. Fresh finish.
Harmonises with: veal kidneys, porcini mushroom pie…
